Bigot, maybe. But, bigot might be a bit harsh for someone that stated it was merely her belief and initially (I did say, initially) she wasn't trying to impose her views on others, she answered a question. Again, maybe still bigot. The opportunity to express opposing views without significant fear of oppression keeps us in better balance than in previous eras or in other countries.
